Some Nice Dice is a small free application which displays dice with 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 20 sides (for example for roleplaying games). It features among other things a dice stack with arbitrary size.
There are two available versions:
The Windows / Linux version
For Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8 Desktop / Linux Ubuntu
Requirements:
On Windows, simply unzip with right-click "extract all", open the folder, and double-click on the .exe file.
On Linux, unzip and see the README file for instructions. Be warned that Linux support is experimental.
The Windows Store version
The Windows Store ("Modern UI") application -for Windows 8 and later- has the same features than the desktop version, but the display is slightly different (because it does not use the same rendering mechanism). It works on both PC and tablets.
You can then install it by clicking on "Display on the Windows Store" and then "Install".
